Rev. Rowena White is a born again, spirit-filled woman of God whose joy is serving and ministering to God’s people. Her goal in life is to love God with all of her heart, soul and strength, and to edify the body of Christ through her preaching and teaching. She is passionate about reaching the lost and saving souls for Christ.

Rev. White answered the call to the ordained ministry in December 2000 after faithfully serving in the Women’s Missionary Society, as well as in various other ministries in the local church. Her love for missionary work has taken her throughout the United States and to the island of Kingston, Jamaica where she assisted in painting and refurbishing dilapidated housing units for underprivileged residents. She was appointed by her father, Bishop Robert Vaughn Webster, to serve as the Episcopal Supervisor of the Third Episcopal District after the passing of her mother, Supervisor Carole Ogleton Webster.

Rev. White is a graduate of Wilberforce University; the University of Maryland University College, and Howard University School of Divinity. She worked as an auditor for the Department of the Navy, Department of Energy and for the Environmental Protection Agency from 1979 to 1999.
